The intelligence of human beings can be analyzed based on individual intelligent quotient. For the past years, research has been done on the human brain by scientists. The discoveries has shown that healthy brains can either be acquired through interaction with environment or inherited during birth from a parent.

It is a definition of various possibilities. It is able to foretell a persons highest education level and their possible achievement in life. Other than these, the tests can also be used by human analyst to foretell individual class of employment and possible pay.

There are many reasons that make you to invest in a good brain. Like any part of the body this too needs to be taken well care of. It enhances retention of key information and important events. Studies have indicated it to reduce early aging. It also avoids memory loss. It has been associated to make one more conscious of their environment and others. It builds a good and stable emotional system.

Physical Exercise is not only good for the body but it does wonders to the brain. Frequent exercise helps the brain to develop strong muscles. The blood flow to the brain also improves, thus prevents fainting and other complications associated with less oxygen to the brain.

Avocados increase blood flow to the brain. Tomatoes are a strong antioxidant. Black currants contain vitamin C. Virgin oil and coconut oil should be on the diet.

There are foods that need to be avoided. Stay clear of all sugars and carbohydrates. Doctors usually advise people to avoid gluten as it has negative effects. Processed grains are also bad. Alcohol and smoking leads to damage and other diseases.
